Why we only do emergencies
Most plumbers juggle bathroom fits, boiler installs, and a diary full of booked work — which means an emergency call has to wait behind whatever's already on the schedule. We built this business the other way round: emergency call-outs are the only work we take, so there's always someone free to respond when a pipe bursts or a boiler dies at 2am.

A service-area business, by design

Where we draw the line

Better an honest answer than a job done by the wrong trade.

Honest about our limits
Plumbing and gas are different trades. If a job needs Gas Safe-registered work, we'll say so plainly and point you the right way rather than guess.
