We're a local, emergency-only plumbing team. We cover Southampton and roughly 20 miles around it, from Winchester down to the Waterside. No shop front, no showroom — just a van, the right tools, and a fast route to your door.
Why we only do emergencies
Most plumbers juggle bathroom fits, boiler installs, and a diary full of booked work. That means an emergency call often has to wait behind whatever's already on the schedule. Because of that, we built this business the other way round. Emergency call-outs are the only work we take, so someone is always free to respond when a pipe bursts or a boiler dies at 2am.
That focus is what lets us treat a call-out as the job, not something squeezed in between other work. However busy the day gets, active leaks and no heating are always treated as top priority.
A service-area business, by design
We don't have a shop front, and we don't need one. Every call-out means we come to you.
That could be your home, your rental property, or your office, anywhere across Southampton and the towns around it. Because we work this way, we keep lower overheads. As a result, our team stays on the move toward the next job, instead of sitting behind a counter.
Where we draw the line
We're straightforward about what we can and can't do. For example, general plumbing — burst pipes, leaks, blocked drains, radiators, taps, boiler breakdowns — is our territory.
Anything involving gas-side work on an appliance requires Gas Safe registration. If a job needs that kind of work, we'll tell you clearly rather than take it on regardless. Better an honest answer than a job done by the wrong trade.

Price before we start
You'll know the cost before any tool comes out of the van. No surprise invoices once the job is done.
We tidy up after ourselves
A flood or a burst pipe is stressful enough. We leave your home as we found it — mopped, wiped, and clear of debris.
Honest about our limits
Plumbing and gas are different trades. If a job needs Gas Safe-registered work, we'll say so plainly and point you the right way rather than guess.
